FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Please share the process you want to automate, the tools you use and your desired outcome. Sample documents or example inputs and outputs are helpful. We will arrange the necessary access securely after agreeing on the scope.
What is your development process?
You send requirements, I send a plan, I build and share progress, then I hand over clean code, a deployed app, and a short doc.
Do you build chatbots and RAG systems?
Yes. I build chatbots trained on your own data, docs, or knowledge base, for web, WhatsApp, or in-app.
Which AI models and APIs do you work with?
I work with various models, but predominantly I use Claude, GPT (OpenAI), and Gemini. Also, Qwen, Deepseek as well. I pick the right model for your cost, speed, and quality, and I tell you why.
Why should I work with you?
I have 15+ years in data engineering and I have shipped real AI products like bowser and openreport. You get a builder who understands data, not just prompts.
Which automation platforms do you work with?
I work with n8n, Make, Zapier and Microsoft Copilot Studio. If you are unsure which platform to use, I can recommend one based on your requirements, existing tools and budget.
What can you automate for my business?
I can automate lead capture, follow-ups, CRM updates, email handling, document processing, appointment booking and reporting. I also build AI agents, knowledge-base chatbots and voice agents around your business workflows.
Can you connect my existing business tools?
Yes. I can integrate CRMs, email, databases and tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Custom integrations depend on the platform’s API and available access.
Do you provide documentation and support?
Yes. I provide documentation and a handover explaining how to use and manage your automation. Post-delivery support and ongoing maintenance can be agreed as part of the project scop
