I clean hacked WordPress sites for a living not just deleting the obvious infected file and calling it done, but actually finding how they got in and closing that door. Do you need admin access to my WordPress site?
Yes, I'll need WordPress admin login and hosting/cPanel (or FTP) access to properly scan files, remove backdoors, and clean the database. I only use it for the cleanup — happy to sign an NDA if your business requires one.
How long does the cleanup take?
Most single-site cleanups are done within 24 hours of getting access. If your site is heavily infected or on a slow host, it can take up to 48 hours. I'll give you a clear timeline after the first scan.
My site got blacklisted by Google/Chrome — can you fix that too?
Yes. Once the site is clean, I submit removal requests to Google Search Console and other blacklist authorities. That review can take Google 24-72 hours on their end, which is outside my control, but I'll handle the submission and follow-up.
Will the malware come back after you clean it?
Not if the entry point is closed — which is the part most cheap cleanups skip. I don't just delete the infected files, I find how the hacker got in (weak passwords, outdated plugin, vulnerable theme, etc.) and close that hole. If the same malware reappears within 15 days of my cleanup, I'll fix it again at no extra cost — that only applies if no new plugins/themes were installed by someone else in the meantime.

Yes. I offer preventive security hardening on its own even if there's no active infection — firewall setup, login protection, file permission lockdown, and a vulnerability scan.
What if I don't know my hosting login?
No problem, just share your domain and I'll help you figure out where it's hosted, or you can contact your host's support to recover access before we start.
