Do I need to pay for Hospitable?
Not necessarily. The free Essentials plan includes automated messaging. If something you want needs a paid feature, like smart lock connections, I’ll tell you before you pay for anything.
Do you need my Airbnb password?
No. You connect Airbnb to Hospitable yourself; it takes about 2 minutes with my picture guide. You only share your Hospitable login with me, and you can change that password after delivery.
Do you include my door code and Wi-Fi password?
I set them up as fill-in fields. You type in the real codes yourself, so they’re never shared with me.
Do I have to use upsells?
No. Upsells are optional and only in Premium. If you want them, I write them to feel like a helpful offer (a late checkout when your calendar is free, for example), never a sales pitch.
Why separate one-night and multi-night checkout messages?
A one-night guest needs a quick reminder; a week-long guest needs the full checklist. Sending the right one keeps checkouts smooth.
Do smart lock codes work on the free plan?
Smart lock connections need a paid Hospitable plan and a compatible lock. If you have both, I’ll set up automatic codes plus a backup code. If not, your check-in message gets a spot for your door code.
Can I change the messages later?
Yes. Your PDF guide shows you how to edit any message, change its timing, or turn it on and off in a few clicks.
Can you set up Vrbo or Booking.com too?
Yes, as long as they’re connected to Hospitable. Message me before ordering.
Do you use AI?
I use tools to help draft, but every message is reviewed and set up by me, based on what works on my own listings.
