I manage software development projects from planning to execution, and if needed also Marketing activities such as landing page creation, campaign coordination, social media, and so on, ensuring product and marketing efforts are aligned.
Do you manage AI-based software development projects?
Yes. I manage AI-driven software projects such as chatbots, automations, and AI integrations. I help define the use case, choose the right tools, coordinate developers, and ensure the solution is practical, scalable, and aligned with your business goals.
What kind of projects you do NOT manage?
I do not take on academic assignments (e.g., university or college projects), test tasks for job interviews, or any work meant to be submitted as part of an evaluation or exam. My focus is on real-world business and product initiatives.
Can you help me find and manage freelancers or vendors?
Yes! I can source qualified professionals, evaluate proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage their work throughout the project.
What will I receive with this gig?
For projects start from scratch: a project brief outlining the high level requirements of your project, and then a project plan. For on going projects my delivery is solving problems, communicating, and making sure the project is executed according to plan as much as possible.
Can we meet and discuss my project?
Yes, I even insist that we meet and discuss before starting to work together so that we can make sure that this gig is what you actually need and manage expectations.
