What do you need from me to get started?
Please send a sample Excel/CSV file and describe what “clean” should look like (or attach an example output/screenshot). If you have rules (dedupe, formats), include them.
Can you clean and combine multiple files?
Yes. Standard/Premium packages support multiple files. If you have lots of files or different layouts, message me first and I’ll confirm the best package.
What does “Items Cleaned” mean?
Usually 1 item = 1 row/record. If your file has multiple sheets or nested data, tell me what to count (rows, entries, products, contacts, etc.) and I’ll confirm scope.
How large of a dataset can you handle?
I can work with large files, but please tell me row count/file size up front. Very large datasets may need an adjusted timeline or a custom offer for best performance.
What types of cleanup can you do?
Deduping, fixing dates/currency, standardizing values, trimming whitespace, splitting/combining columns, renaming headers, filtering, merges, format conversion (CSV/XLSX/JSON), and more.
Will I be able to run it again on new data later?
Yes. I deliver a reusable script + simple instructions. I can also add a config file so you can change file paths/settings without editing code.
Can you make it one-click on Windows (no Python install)?
Yes— I can package the automation as a Windows .EXE as an add-on. Great if you want to double-click and run without installing anything.
What’s included in revisions?
Revisions cover adjustments within the original scope and file format. If the requirements change (new layout, new outputs, new rules), I’ll message you with options before doing extra work.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your files are used only to complete the order. If you prefer, you can anonymize sensitive columns (names/emails) as long as the structure and formats stay the same.
Can you clean a small sample first to confirm we’re aligned?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure, send a sample and I’ll confirm the cleanup rules/output format before processing the full dataset.
