Is the matching outro included?
The matching outro is included only in the Premium package. It can be added to the Basic or Standard package as a $90 extra.
How long can my intro and outro be?
The Basic intro is 5 seconds and the Standard intro is 10 seconds. The Premium package includes an intro up to 20 seconds and a matching outro up to 20 seconds.
Can you create the intro using my photos and videos?
Yes. The Premium package is specifically designed for an intro created with your photos and video footage. Please contact me for a custom offer if you need this type of intro without an outro.
Is music included?
I can use suitable royalty-free music and sound effects, or you may provide your own licensed music. Please share your preference when submitting the requirements.
Can you create a countdown for my podcast?
Yes. You can add a custom branded countdown of 15, 30 or 60 seconds from the Gig Extras.
Is 4K resolution included?
All packages include Full HD 1080p delivery. If you require 4K, you must select the 4K Resolution extra when placing your order. A project created and completed in Full HD cannot later be converted into true native 4K or upgraded to 4K as a revision.
Can you create vertical or square versions?
Yes. The standard delivery includes one aspect ratio. Additional vertical, square or other format versions can be purchased as an extra.
What do I need to provide?
Please provide your logo, podcast title, preferred colors, required text and any photos or videos you want included. Reference examples are also helpful.
Are source files included?
No. Editable project files are not included in the listed packages.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the existing animation, such as text, colors, timing or minor visual changes. A completely new concept or direction is not considered a revision.
