Do I need to ship the physical product to you?
No. This is a post-production service. You send your product photos, raw clips, supplier footage, logo, and brand assets digitally. I do not receive or physically film products.
Can you create a video using only product photos?
Yes, if the photos are high resolution and show enough useful angles and details. I can create a motion-design-based product ad from still images. Please message me first so I can review them.
What do I need to provide?
Please provide your product photos and footage, product link or description, logo, brand guidelines, exact product features, target audience, intended platform, preferred aspect ratio, call to action, and reference videos. Limited stock elements may be used when suitable, but stock footage sourcing
Is custom logo animation included?
A static logo placement or simple fade is included. A detailed custom logo animation up to 5 seconds is available as the Pro Logo Animation Extra. A finalized logo file must be provided. Logo design or redesign is not included.
Can you create versions for different platforms?
Yes. Basic includes one aspect ratio. Standard and Premium include two ratios of the same approved edit. Additional platform adaptations, durations, or opening hooks are available as extras.
Can background music be included?
Yes. I can add music from my available royalty-free or licensed libraries. Licensing requirements vary by platform, placement, region, and campaign type, so the client is responsible for confirming that the selected music is suitable for the intended use. Platform acceptance is not guaranteed.
Do you use AI-generated footage?
Only when requested and suitable. AI-generated scenes are quoted separately and must not misrepresent the real product. Fully moving AI scenes require a different budget from simple still-image animation.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the approved edit, such as timing, text, music, color, or selected shots. A new brief, creative direction, script, or platform version is additional work.
Are scriptwriting and voiceover included?
No. Scriptwriting and premium AI voiceover are optional extras, so you only pay for them when your project needs them.
Can you guarantee sales or platform approval?
No freelancer can honestly guarantee sales, conversion rates, or platform approval. I create professional videos, while the client remains responsible for the accuracy and legal support of all product claims.
