***PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER*** Whether your dispute is with a contractor, a company, a medical provider, the government, a business partner or anyone else, I'll write the legal demand or response letter that takes the problem off your hands. You will not get a form letter from me. I write only custom-tailored demand letters crafted once I learn the facts of your case, determine the best strategy to achieve your goals, and research the law to determine your rights and legal claims. I was a trial attorney in California for several years, and still maintain my license there. I was also an Investigative Reporter on several U.S. and Canadian television news stations for more than 20-years. I have now retired from both professions but maintain my passion for the law, consumer advocacy and helping out the little guy. That's why I now enjoy working as a freelance lawyer on Fiverr.

Should I message you before buying a gig?
YES!! Please send me a message first so I can make sure I can help you before you spend any money.
How will I receive letter drafts and the final product?
I send you your letter via Fiverr as a PDF or in whichever word processing program you use (i.e.: MS Word, Pages).
Will the final letter be sent by me or you?
Though all you have to do is sign and send it, the final letter will come from you. It will state it has been written after consultation with and upon the advice of a lawyer, but will not be sent by a legal office. This is due to rules regarding legal practice and the lawyer/client relationship.
Why can't you send it as my lawyer?
The official lawyer/client relationship is a complex one the comes with certain requirements. For example, we would need to sign a contract called a Fee Agreement outlining our relationship and responsibilities to each other, and you would need to provide a retainer.
If the dispute doesn't go away, can you continue to help me?
Yes. If another letter or writing is required, I can continue to consult and we can agree on the terms for another project. Also, if the other party does not meet your demands, I can help you file a lawsuit in small claims court.
