I will migrate hubspot workflows and mailerlite automation

About this gig
HubSpot automation migration | MailerLite sequence build | platform switch | workflow transfer | email automation
Your HubSpot Automations Move to MailerLite Without Losing a Single Active Contact
Migrating email automation between platforms is not a copy-paste job. Logic that works in HubSpot uses different trigger architecture than MailerLite, and a direct transfer without rebuilding breaks active sequences instantly.
The Symptoms I Treat:
HubSpot workflows that are too expensive to maintain but too complex to abandon
MailerLite automations that were set up quickly and never fire correctly
Contacts sitting in the wrong lifecycle stage after a partial migration attempt
The Diagnostic Process:
Full audit of all active HubSpot workflows before any changes are made
Rebuild of equivalent logic in Mailerlite using native automation tools
Contact migration verification with a test segment before the full switch
Technical Capabilities:
Hubspot enrollment trigger mapping and Mailerlite equivalent reconstruction
Mailerlite group and field setup to replace HubSpot lifecycle stage logic
Contact list import with tag preservation across both platforms

FAQ
Roughly how long does a full migration take start to finish?
For most accounts with 3 to 5 active workflows it runs 5 to 7 days. Complex setups with 10 or more workflows need a separate scoping conversation before I give a timeline.
What exactly gets migrated? just contacts, or automations as well?
Both. Contacts move with their existing tags and field data preserved. Automations are rebuilt from scratch in MailerLite because they cannot be directly exported from HubSpot.
Will contacts lose their subscription status or unsubscribe history during the switch?
Not if the migration is handled in the right sequence. I import suppression lists before contacts so unsubscribes are honored from day one in MailerLite.
Do I need a paid HubSpot account, or can this work on the free tier?
The free HubSpot tier limits workflow exports. I need at least Starter access to retrieve all automation logic accurately. I can advise on a temporary upgrade if needed.
Which MailerLite plan do I need for the automations you build?
The Growing Business plan covers everything I build. The free plan limits automation steps, so I flag this if your workflow requires more than the free tier allows.
What happens if automations stop working immediately after migration?
I include a 48-hour monitoring window after go-live. If a sequence misfires within that window I fix it at no extra charge. Issues after 48 hours are assessed separately.
How do you confirm the new MailerLite setup is working before handing over?
I run a test segment of 5 to 10 contacts through every rebuilt sequence, verify trigger firing, and screenshot each step's result. That documentation comes with the delivery.
Is there a refund available if the migration does not complete successfully?
If I cannot complete the migration due to a platform limitation I discover mid-project, I refund the unused portion. I flag risks early so this situation rarely arises.
How many rounds of revisions are included after delivery?
One round of revisions is included. This covers logic adjustments, not new automations. Any sequence added after delivery is scoped as a new project.
What tasks are outside the scope of this service?
I do not write email copy, design templates, or handle CRM record cleanup with this gig. I also do not manage paid HubSpot subscription downgrades with this gig, that is an account decision you make separately by sending me a message today.
