Do I need to provide server access or API credentials?
If you want me to install directly, yes: an SSH key or temporary credentials, which you revoke after delivery. If you'd rather not share access, I deliver the files and you deploy them yourself. API keys are always needed, ideally with the minimum permissions required.
Who pays for cloud hosting and third-party service costs?
All cloud server expenses (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, etc.) and third-party API subscription costs are paid directly by the client. My fee covers only the engineering, configuration, and setup labor.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance or monthly server support?
No, this is a productized, one-time turnkey setup. I deliver complete runbooks and step-by-step documentation so your team can easily manage, run, and maintain the deployment independently.
What happens if I need new features after delivery?
Revisions cover minor tweaks and bug fixes strictly within our pre-agreed scope. If you need additional workflows, extra playbooks, or new integrations down the road, I am happy to provide a separate custom quote.

Which package should I choose?
Basic: one workflow or one playbook for a single task. Standard: a multi-step automation connecting several systems, configured with your credentials. Premium: your own n8n server built from scratch, with backups, monitoring, your workflows and a runbook.
Can you just set up n8n on my server, without workflows?
Yes. That's a separate custom offer: n8n with PostgreSQL, automatic HTTPS and nightly backups on your server. Send me a message with your server details and I'll send you an offer.
Can you work with my existing n8n?
es. Basic and Standard are installed on the n8n you already have, cloud or self-hosted. You add me as a member user during the project and remove me afterwards.
Who owns the workflows and code?
You do. Every package includes the source code: workflow JSON files or Ansible playbooks. Premium is handed over as a Git repository under your account. Nothing stays locked on my side.
