Is this automatically a ChatGPT or generative AI bot?
No. The default can be a simpler rules-based flow when that is more dependable. Any AI model or paid API must be agreed in writing before the order.
Where will captured leads be stored?
We will agree on a buyer-owned and technically compatible destination before work starts. The package does not include purchasing or operating a CRM.
Are subscriptions or API charges included?
No. The buyer provides and pays for any required third-party account, subscription, hosting, or API usage.
Will you write my business answers and privacy policy?
The buyer provides approved FAQ answers, form fields, consent wording, and privacy notices. Light formatting is included; legal or compliance advice is not.
Does the package include ongoing monitoring?
No. It includes the agreed build, testing, and written handoff. Monitoring and future changes are separate work.
