Is Claude Cowork available for Windows?
Yes — I'll confirm exact platform support for your OS before you order and configure it correctly the first time, no trial and error.
What's the difference between Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Claude chat?
Chat is conversational only. Claude Code is a terminal-native coding agent. Cowork is the non-developer desktop layer built on top of Claude Code for file/task automation. I'll tell you which one (or which combination) actually solves your problem.
Claude Cowork vs OpenClaw — which one do I need?
Anthropic's own sandboxed desktop app. OpenClaw is a self-hosted, always-on agent you run on your own machine/VPS with messaging-app access. If you want "AI that lives on WhatsApp and does things 24/7," that's OpenClaw.
I'm currently on Roo Code — do I need to do anything?
Roo Code has rebranded to ZooCode. I offer a safe settings/API-key migration so you don't lose your configuration.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Most of my clients are non-technical. I handle the terminal/CLI parts and hand you a working system with clear instructions.
Is my data safe?
I use least-privilege API keys, never store your credentials after delivery, and sign NDAs on request. For sensitive data (journals, financial records), I can set up a 100%-local variant using Ollama instead of cloud models.
