One related failure path with one observable outcome, such as a form that does not send or a checkout error. Unrelated problems need separate orders or a custom offer.
Do you need administrator access?
Usually yes. Some server or database issues also require temporary hosting access. Share access only through Fiverr's approved secure method after the order starts.
Will you make a backup?
I will use an existing backup, staging site or create a reasonable rollback point when access and hosting limits allow it.
Can you fix malware?
I can assess the symptoms, but full incident response, blacklist removal and data recovery are outside these fixed packages unless agreed in a custom offer.
Can you guarantee no future errors?
No. I guarantee the agreed path is tested at delivery, not that future updates or third-party services can never introduce new issues.
Can you work on a live website?
Yes when the scope is low risk and a rollback point exists. For checkout, database or complex code issues, I may recommend staging or a maintenance window first.
