You already know roughly what you want the site to look like. The hard part is getting it built without a template fighting you.
I build it around your brief: your design, your structure, your copy. WordPress when you want to edit it yourself, Shopify when you sell, React when the page has to do something a template cannot, and 3D when the product deserves to be turned around rather than photographed.
What comes with it: it loads fast on a phone, not just on your laptop. The forms actually arrive. Analytics and tracking are set up properly, so you can tell what the site is doing. And you get the code and the accounts.
No builder licence tied to me, no plugin you cannot remove, no hosting in my name. If we never speak again the site keeps working.

Which platform should I pick?
Tell me what the site has to do and I will tell you. WordPress if you want to edit it yourself, Shopify if you sell, React when a template cannot do what you need.
Do you write the text and provide the photos?
No. You send the text and images, I design and build around them. If you have nothing ready yet, say so before ordering and we plan that first.
Who owns the site and the accounts at the end?
You do. Domain, hosting and every account stay in your name, and you get the code. Nothing is licensed through me, so you are never stuck with me.
