Will there be monthly costs after delivery?
Sometimes, if the assistant uses a paid AI service. I'll tell you the expected monthly cost before we start (often a few dollars), and I can build fully private, no-API-fee options when it fits.
Will the AI send things without my approval?
Only if you want it to. By default it drafts and you approve. I set clear limits on what it can do on its own, and you can change them anytime.
What tools does it work with?
Common ones: Gmail or Outlook, Google Drive, your website (WordPress, Squarespace, custom), spreadsheets, and PDFs. Tell me what you use and I'll confirm before you order.
