Every Session is different. You tell me what you want and I will do my best to deliver. If you just want to give me full control that is up to you and totally fine! I am free Mondays-Wednesdays and also Saturdays. If you order when I'm free i can cut down the delivery time to that day or the next usually. You can also pay extra ($20) if you want me to set everything aside just for you and we will deliver your coaching within 24 hours! Thanks for the consideration!
