I have experience recruiting for the Information Technology, Customer Service, and Finance industries. Additionally, I am a former recruiter who bridged into the IT space, working in management and in various technical roles. I am also the creator of a wide range of job search resources (careerbuilderhq.com) and have provided career development resources for students and business professionals in over 10 countries, completing 500+ orders with over 410 unique clients.
My strong points include technical roles (Product and Project Managers, UX/UI Designers, entry and mid-level developer roles, etc.) and Customer Service positions (entry-level up to management), as well as finance positions. I have also done mock interviews for school programs and medical roles. I have my Masters in Business Administration and hold the following certifications: PMP, ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and PSM I.

I have experience working as a Technical Recruiter for a variety of companies filling roles including SQL Developer, Cyber Security Strategist, Technical Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst while working on a variety of other technical roles.
What about outside of recruiting?
I also have experience working in management. This was in retail, so I can offer customer service and management experience as well.
What are your qualifications?
I hold my Masters in Business Administration, my Bachelors in Sociology, and my Professional Scrum Master Certification (PSMI).
