Will the chatbot make things up?
It answers only from your content (FAQ, website, documents). When it does not know the answer, it says so and collects the customer's contact so you can follow up.
Are there any monthly costs?
You pay for AI usage (Claude API) directly to the provider, and hosting if needed. The cost depends on how many conversations you have. I will estimate it for you before we start, so there are no surprises.
Can the chatbot collect leads?
Yes. It asks for name, email or phone and the customer's request, then sends everything to your email, Google Sheets or CRM, so no lead is lost, even at night.
Do I need technical skills?
No. I set everything up for you and give you a short, simple guide. I can also make it easy for you to update the bot's knowledge without touching any code.
