What do you need from me to create the ERD?
Please send your project idea, feature list, user roles, workflow, wireframes, existing documents, or a rough explanation of how your application should work.
What will I receive in the final delivery?
You will receive a professional ERD diagram showing entities, key attributes, primary keys, foreign keys, relationships, and cardinalities in PDF or PNG format.
Can you design an ERD for any type of application?
Yes. I can create ERD diagrams for web apps, mobile apps, SaaS products, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, HRMS, booking, inventory, school, hospital, and custom business systems.
Will you provide an editable ERD file?
The standard delivery includes PDF or PNG. You can add the Editable ERD File extra to receive the diagram in draw.io format for future updates.
Do you provide SQL scripts or create the database?
No. This Gig is for ERD diagrams and database architecture only. It does not include SQL scripts, database implementation, deployment, migration, or backend development.
What does “number of tables” mean?
Each entity in your ERD is counted as one table. For example, Users, Products, Orders, Payments, and Categories are five separate tables.
Can you include user roles and permissions in the ERD?
Yes. I can include entities such as Users, Roles, Permissions, and their relationships in the diagram when they are part of your system requirements. This does not include implementing authentication or permissions in code.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable updates to the approved scope, such as changing attributes, relationships, keys, or cardinalities. New modules, major features, or additional tables may require an extra.
Can you redesign or improve my existing ERD?
Yes. Please share your current ERD, database structure, or documentation. I can review it and create a clearer, more organized architecture based on your selected package.
