FAQ
What file format do I need for my embroidery machine?
It depends on your machine brand. Brother machines use PES, Janome uses JEF, and most commercial machines use DST. Not sure? Just message me your machine brand and I'll tell you exactly what you need. I deliver all major formats at no extra charge.
Do you use auto-digitizing software?
Never. Every single design is manually digitized by hand using professional Hatch Embroidery software. Auto-digitizing produces messy stitch paths and thread breaks — manual digitizing ensures your design runs clean on the first try.
What file types can you work from?
I can work from almost anything — JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, BMP, and even hand-drawn sketches. The higher the image quality you send, the better your final result will be.
Will I get a preview before the final file?
Yes — every order includes a PDF stitch preview so you can see exactly how your design will look before it ever touches a machine. I never deliver blind.
What happens if I'm not happy with the result?
I revise until you are 100% satisfied. Just send me feedback on what needs to change and I'll get it fixed. Your satisfaction is the only way I consider an order complete.
