About this gig

Most "secure chat" libraries are just SSL with marketing. I integrate the real thing Matrix protocol with Olm/Megolm end-to-end encryption, the same crypto powering Element, Signal-derived ratchet, and Status app.


What you get:

Embedded chat surface in your Flutter / React Native / web app 1:1 DMs, group rooms, voice/video calls, file attachments, reactions, threads.

True E2EE: device keys, cross-signing, encrypted media, key backup with passphrase recovery. The server cannot read messages.

Identity federation with your existing auth users log into your app once and get a Matrix identity transparently (no separate login).

Self-hosted Synapse server (Docker, federation off by default) OR connect to a public homeserver of your choice.

Push notifications without breaking E2EE (encrypted body, decrypt-on-device pattern using your FCM/APNs).

Admin tools: user provisioning, room moderation, audit log.
