Combining customer lists from different exports? I will merge structured CSV or Excel files into one master list using your agreed rules.
You receive a cleaned CSV and XLSX, a duplicate evidence file, a cell-level change log and review flags. I preserve the sources, reconcile row counts, tidy spaces, align headers and standardize agreed formats. Conflicting IDs, uncertain matches and missing details are flagged rather than guessed.
Basic: 2 files, 100 total input rows, 10 columns. Standard: 3 files, 200 rows, 15 columns. Premium: 5 files, 300 rows, 15 columns. Each includes one revision within the original scope. Delivery: 2, 3 or 4 days.
Send your files, target column layout and duplicate rules through Fiverr. Rows are counted across all input files, including duplicates; one sheet per file.
No scraping, contact enrichment, email deliverability checks, CRM login/import, macros or complex formula repair. CSV files do not retain visual formatting. Gallery examples use fictional data. Message me on Fiverr before ordering if the scope is unclear.

How do you decide which records to remove?
I use your agreed duplicate rule. Exact matches can be removed with a record of what was kept. Conflicting IDs and uncertain matches stay in the master list with review flags unless you provide clear instructions.
What files and row limits are included?
Structured CSV or XLSX, one sheet per file. Basic: 2 files/100 total rows/10 columns. Standard: 3 files/200 rows/15 columns. Premium: 5 files/300 rows/15 columns. Count all input rows, including duplicates.
Will you fill missing details or verify email addresses?
I flag missing or questionable values. I do not guess personal information, enrich contacts or check email deliverability. Email syntax review does not prove an address is real or deliverable.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated correction round within the original files, row limits and agreed rules. New files, a larger dataset, new rules or a new import system require an agreed scope change.
Can you import the file into my CRM or deliver immediately?
I prepare files only; no CRM access or upload is included. Provide the target headers if needed. I cannot guarantee acceptance by an external system or immediate delivery. Standard delivery is 2, 3 or 4 days.
