Need a WordPress or WooCommerce problem fixed? I troubleshoot PHP errors, plugin/theme conflicts, broken layouts, forms and AJAX cart issues.
I am a WordPress developer with 5+ years of practical experience in custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce and API integrations.
Please message me before ordering with your website URL, screenshots and steps to reproduce the problem. I will assess whether it fits a package.
Basic: one agreed minor fix, up to 1 development hour.
Standard: up to three related minor fixes, up to 3 hours.
Premium: one scoped PHP, JavaScript or WooCommerce issue, up to 6 hours.
I work on a backup/staging copy where possible, test the agreed fix and explain the changes. Revisions cover the original scope only.
Full rebuilds, malware removal, ongoing maintenance, paid licenses and third-party service charges are not included. Larger or uncertain issues require a custom offer. No guarantee of sales, rankings or fixes in third-party systems I cannot control.

Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send your website URL, screenshots and reproduction steps first. I will confirm the scope and suitable package. Complex or uncertain tasks may need a custom offer.
What access do you need?
Usually temporary, limited WordPress access and, if needed, hosting or SFTP access. We agree a secure access method separately. Do not paste passwords or API keys into requirements. A staging site and current backup are recommended.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers corrections to the agreed fix, not new bugs, new features or a redesign. Basic and Standard include one revision; Premium includes two.
Do you work with custom themes and WooCommerce?
Yes. My practical experience includes custom WordPress themes and plugins, PHP, JavaScript, WooCommerce, AJAX and API integrations. The exact task must fit the agreed scope.
What if the issue exceeds the package limits?
I will explain the findings and discuss a custom offer before additional work. No package includes unlimited troubleshooting or a guarantee of fixing third-party systems.
Which languages can we use?
We can communicate in German. For English, I use translation support for written communication; fluent English calls are not included.
