What information do you need to get the project started?
Before we start the project, I'll need the following information from you: 1) Data for the infographic (text/Doc/PDF/URL) 2) Organization Logo in PNG/EPS/AI format and Website URL (if any) 3) Any images that you want to include 4) Details of any other customizations required
Do I get the source file?
Yes, you'll receive the editable source file once the infographic design is finalized. Please let me know in advance which format you need (AI, EPS, PSD, Figma, or Canva), as I will create & deliver the design in that format from the start.
Do you create infographics in a language other than English?
Yes, I generally recommend sharing text in English as well as in another language to ensure that I know everything I need to and that you understand exactly what you're getting.
How do the revisions work?
I will make revisions to the design until you are satisfied with the results.
Do you research the Infographic content?
Basic and Standard packages require you to provide the content. With the Premium package, I can perform basic research and fact-checking to help ensure the information is accurate, clear, and ready for design.
Should I contact you before placing my order?
All the necessary details regarding the service are provided in the description. There shouldn’t be any need to contact me before placing an order; however, if there is an issue, I am always present to assist. Drop me a message without any hesitation.
