Send your Excel report and get it back set up to print cleanly on A4: fitted to the page width, no cut-off text, header rows repeating and a PDF proof.
What I do
- Fit to A4 page width, set the print area, centre the page and set the margins
- Fix cut-off text. Merged cells do not auto-fit their row height, so I measure the text with real font sizes and set the heights
- Repeat header rows on every page and add page numbers (Page 1 of N)
- Export to PDF and check the page count and cut-off text before delivery
What stays the same
Your columns, wording and numbers are not changed. Only the print setup and row heights change.
Not included: macros, new layouts, new formulas, rebuilt charts, or translating content.
How to order
Pick the package by the number of sheets. Send a copy of your file without personal data, saved as .xlsx. If the workbook has charts, images or text boxes, tell me before you order so I can confirm they stay intact.
