About this gig

Your office already has the Excel templates, messenger reports and photo folders. What is missing is the step that turns them into finished A4 reports without retyping. I build that setup as files you install yourself, with a step-by-step install guide. No calls or remote access needed.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Install guide PDF with screenshots for Claude Code and your project folder
  • - An instruction file that describes your report rules and templates
  • - Your client's Excel template kept exactly as it is
  • - A checklist PDF and a test output PDF made from dummy data
  • - Standard / Premium: 1-2 documents automated end to end, rerun settings, PDF layout check, chat support

HOW IT WORKS

  1. You send one blank template and an anonymised sample report.
  2. 2. I build and test the setup on dummy data and send you a test PDF.
  3. 3. You install it with the guide; I answer questions in Fiverr chat.

Built on daily use since mid-2026 on electrical construction sites (daily reports, photo sheets, inspection logs).

NOT INCLUDED

Video calls or remote sessions, design document authorship or stamping, messenger bots that auto-send, subscription cost.

Korean and English templates OK.

Electrical construction engineer at a Korean contractor: EPC design documents and site paperwork (daily reports, inspection photo sheets, cable schedules, lighting and load calculations). I automate most of it with Claude Code and Python. I offer Excel calculation templates (cable tray fill, cable length take-off, illuminance judgement), Claude Code setup kits with install guides, and chat-export to manpower-board conversion. AI-assisted, checked by hand calculations. Your template stays as it is; unclear data goes to an items-to-confirm list. Design document stamping not included.
