Do I need to provide a script?
Yes. Every package requires an approved script. Scriptwriting from an approved brief is available as an Extra and must be approved before recording or editing begins.
Can you record inside my SaaS product?
Public desktop-demo recording is available as an Extra only for a no-login flow you are authorized to use. For logged-in products or mobile apps, send a sanitized recording with no real customer data. Never send passwords, 2FA codes, API keys, cookies, or private access.
Which languages do you offer?
One English or Simplified Chinese caption version is included. Seller voiceover is an Extra: English up to 45 / 90 / 140 words for Basic / Standard / Premium; Mandarin must fit 30 / 45 / 60 seconds. Mandarin is native and English is fluent. Seller voice may not be reused for cloning.
How much raw screen recording can I provide?
Basic accepts up to 2 minutes across 2 files, Standard up to 5 minutes across 4 files, and Premium up to 8 minutes across 6 files. Contact me for a custom quote before ordering if the material exceeds those limits.
What counts as a revision?
One revision round is one consolidated, timestamped list of text, timing, caption, callout, or asset-selection edits within the approved brief. A new concept, major script rewrite, new product flow, or re-recording after approval is additional work.
Can you match a reference video?
I can follow its pacing, structure, and general visual direction. I will not copy protected branding, footage, music, or creative work.
Can you guarantee views, leads, installs, or conversions?
No. I can create a clear product demo, but performance also depends on the product, offer, audience, placement, and campaign.
What files will I receive?
All packages include a 1080p MP4, source quality permitting. Premium also includes an SRT subtitle file. Editable project files are available only as an agreed Extra and only with transferable assets.
Will you upload the video or run it as an ad?
No. This Gig delivers video files only. Posting, ad-account setup, media buying, and campaign management are outside the scope.
