What is the difference between the Source File (PSD) and Vector File (AI)?
Source File (PSD) is the high-res layered design for the mold visual (included in all packages). The Vector File (AI) included in Premium is a mathematical line drawing required by some strict factories for CNC cutting.
Is the back side included in the design?
Yes! All 3 packages cover designs for both the Front and Back sides.
When do I receive the editable Vector Source File (.AI)?
I provide high-resolution images (JPG/PNG) for all drafts and revisions to keep the process fast. Since I manually draw the vectors for maximum quality (no auto-tracing), the editable .AI vector file is created and delivered only after the final design is approved.
What is the difference between 2D and 3D designs for coins, pins, medals and badges?
D designs have flat, raised levels (like a cartoon or logo). 3D designs have sculpted, rounded curves and depth (like a President's face on a quarter). If you need a sculpted 3D look, please select the Premium package or contact me first.
Can you turn a photograph of a person/vehicle/building into a t-shirt design?
Yes! However, photos cannot be printed directly onto metal unless your manufacturer uses UV print as flat print on top. SO, they must be redrawn. I will simplify the photo into clean lines and colors suitable for stamping to ensure the final product looks professional.
Can you design Embroidery patch into a PVC patch?
Yes, I can design any patch design as you wish.
