A functional floor plan is the foundation of a comfortable and efficient home. Smart space planning improves everyday living, maximizes every square foot, and helps avoid costly renovation mistakes before construction begins.
I create professional 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, and space planning solutions in Archicad using real furniture dimensions, ergonomic principles, and practical interior design experience. Every layout is tailored to your room dimensions, lifestyle, and daily needs.
All packages include projects up to 1075 sq.ft. (100 m²). The difference between packages is the level of documentation provided, not the project size.
Depending on your package, you may receive furniture layout, space zoning, furniture dimensions, measurement plan, installation plan, demolition plan, and 3D layout views.
Please send your floor plan (PDF, DWG, JPG, PNG, or sketch) and your requirements. For larger projects, additional drawings, or alternative layouts, use Gig Extras or request a Custom Offer. If you're unsure which package to choose, feel free to message me before ordering.

The layout includes functional furniture placement based on ergonomic principles, circulation space, and real furniture dimensions. The exact documentation depends on the package you choose.
3. Can you redesign my existing floor plan?
Yes. I can optimize your current layout, improve space planning, and create a more functional furniture arrangement while considering your requirements and room dimensions.
4. Do you work on projects larger than 1075 sq.ft. (100 m²)?

I create all floor plans in Archicad and use professional interior design standards to ensure accurate, practical, and easy-to-follow drawings.

Yes. Each package includes a specific number of revisions. If you need additional changes after the included revisions are used, you can order an Additional Revision Gig Extra.
