Do I need to provide a CAD model for you to run the simulation?
Not always. If you already have a CAD model in STEP, IGES, or STL format, I can use it directly. If you do not have one, I can create the geometry in ANSYS SpaceClaim or SolidWorks before running the simulation — just let me know your requirements and we will find the best path forward.
What software do you use and will I be able to open the files?
I use ANSYS Fluent for CFD aerodynamics and ANSYS Mechanical for FEA structural analysis. You will receive your results as a comprehensive PDF report with full-color contour plots, graphs, and tables — no special software is needed to view your deliverables.
Can you simulate multiple flight conditions or load cases?
Yes. The Standard package covers one flight condition and one load case. If you need multiple angles of attack, speed ranges, or structural load scenarios, I recommend the Premium package or we can add extra conditions as a gig extra. Message me to discuss your specific needs.
How accurate are the simulation results?
My simulations use validated mesh setups and industry-standard turbulence and material models benchmarked against published aerospace test data. Results are engineering-grade and suitable for design decisions, research papers, and early-stage certification preparation.
Can you help me understand the results if I am not an engineer?
Absolutely. Every deliverable includes a plain-language summary explaining exactly what the results mean for your design — what is working, what needs attention, and what changes I recommend. You will never receive a report full of numbers with no explanation.
