now I will describe what this project does
this booking website allows the admin to add/remove/edit all services that he has, and it also has a WhatsApp bot that automatically sends messages to customers when they apply for a booking; the WhatsApp bot will also send a message whenever the admin changes the booking status; for example, when the admin changes the status to approved, it will send a QR code to the customers WhatsApp for their arrival.
