Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please! I'd love to chat about your brand, creative vision and requirements before we get started. This ensures we're aligned on the concept, deliverables, product delivery and usage rights before you place your order.
Can I send you my product to feature in the video?
Absolutely! I'm based in Perth, Western Australia, and welcome physical products for UGC creation. Products and shipping costs are to be provided by the buyer. Filming timelines commence once all required products and creative details have been received.
Do you write the scripts, or do I need to provide one?
Both! You can provide your own script or creative brief, or I can develop a natural, engaging script tailored to your brand. Scriptwriting is included in my Standard and Premium packages and available as an add-on for Basic.
Can I use your videos for paid advertising?
Organic social media usage is included for the duration specified in your package. Paid advertising (including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other promotional placements) requires a separate usage licence. Please discuss your intended usage with me before ordering so I can provide an accurate quote.
What equipment do you use?
I film using an iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 16 and DJI Pocket 4 camera, supported by a DJI microphone, lighting, tripods and styling props. This allows me to create high-quality content with clear audio while maintaining the natural, authentic feel of UGC.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover minor adjustments to the agreed concept, such as caption corrections, text changes or small editing tweaks. Complete reshoots, new concepts, script changes after approval or additional footage are not included and may require a separate fee.
Will you post the video on your own social media accounts?
My packages cover UGC content creation for your brand to use on its own channels. Posting to my personal social media accounts is not included but can be discussed separately, subject to brand alignment and availability.
Can you provide raw footage?
Yes! Raw footage is available as an optional add-on. This includes usable, unedited footage captured during your shoot, allowing your brand greater flexibility for future edits. Additional usage rights are not automatically included with raw footage purchases.
Can you create testimonials or personal product reviews?
Yes! I love creating relatable product reviews and experience-based content. All personal testimonials reflect my genuine experience with the product.
