Udara is an editor & colorist with more than 12 years’ experience in leading broadcast and production facilities in Sri Lanka. He has undertaken on a diverse range of film, tele drama, music video and TV commercial productions. His debut film as an editor, 'Alone in a Valley' earned him Best Film Editor award in 2018, has nominated for the same movie in various prestigious cinema awarding ceremonies in Sri Lanka. He has contributed as an editor for many local and international firms and organizations such as Unilever, Dialog, Philips, Sri Lanka Tourism, Save the Children, Asia Foundation.
