I've been in this business since 1983.
I've worked in workshops for 30 years, working on milling, lathe, surface grinding, and EDM machines.

Answer : I need the 3D model of your plastic part (preferably in STEP, IGES, or X_T format). Additionally, please specify your injection machine specs (tonnage, tie-bar spacing), preferred mold base brand (like Hasco, DME, LKM), plastic material type (PP, ABS, PC, etc.), and the estimated ann
Question : Which file formats will you deliver upon completion?
Answer : I deliver the complete 3D mold assembly and component files in STEP or IGES formats, which are fully compatible with CNC machining and toolroom software. I also provide detailed 2D engineering drawings in DWG/DXF or PDF format for assembly and manufacturing guidance.
Question : What happens if the design needs modifications later?
Answer : I offer design revisions to ensure the mold perfectly matches your production standards. However, please note that minor adjustments are included, but major changes to the original part geometry after the mold design is finalized may require an additional custom offer.
