Do you have children that can be in the video or photos?
Yes! We do allow our children to be in videos and photos, in accordance with Amazon's terms and conditions. However, we do not show their faces. Any participation from them will be from the shoulders down, a view from behind, or a side profile with the face covered. There is also an additional fee.
Where are you located?
North Carolina, USA
Do we need to send you a product sample before filming begins?
Yes! We will need the product to arrive to our home before filming. Additionally, any time frames that we have committed to will not begin until after the product has arrived.
Do we have permission to use your video?
You do not have permission to use our video or audio in any form or any place, in part or full, if you purchase the Basic or Standard packages. If you purchase the Premium package, then you do have permission to use anywhere outside of Amazon, and we will send you a copy of the original video.
