FAQ
What if there is a mistake?
I will of course provide revisions if I make a mistake on your script or video. There are no free revisions for rewrites or changes in tone once initially discussed. We should communicate about the script before the filming begins.
Can I request a shooting location, ie. kitchen, outside, car, bathroom, bedroom or certain wardrobe?
Of course! I'd be happy to accommodate to fit your brands tone and message whenever possible.
Can you edit the video?
Absolutely! I can fully edit it with the Premium package. This will be edits like cuts, subtitles, POV caption, TikTok user response bubble. If any B-Roll is needed or screencasts of an app, I can add that in as as an overlay as well. Premium package videos will be ready to post!
How long can I use the video?
My Videos all come with 12 months of usage right, with the option to extend.
Do you write the script or do I need to provide one?
Either works! You can chose the package that best suits your needs. If I am writing your script I will just ask you a few questions on what your brand is looking to accomplish and some of the key selling points I could cover. We will then go over it before filming.
Can I chose the type of UGC style video I want for my brand?
Yes! I can do a variety of styles such as selfie style talking to camera, caption only with B-Roll, TikTok Trends over music, Script Reading, Spokesperson Style, Unboxing, Reviews, Talking Head, etc. If you are looking for a certain style, don't hesitate to ask.
Do you offer custom orders?
OF COURSE! If you don't see a package that covers what you are in need of, please reach out to me and we can discuss the project and I can help make your vision a reality.
What type of brands do you work with?

Will you pretend to be a real customer?
No. This is not a testimonial gig. I follow Fivver and FTC guidelines. I can present your product or service naturally, highlighting its features and benefits, but unless i have the product in hand for e-commerce, or have personally tried the service or app I will not misrepresent my personal use.
