What information do I need to provide to start the project?
You need to provide me with: existing sketches or drawings (even hand-drawn), accurate measurements of the space, and reference images (style, mood, colors, furniture) that you desire for the final result.
Do you offer the 3D source file
Yes, the source file of the 3D model is included in the Standard and Premium packages. In the Basic package, I only provide the JPG and PDF files for the 2D Floor Plan.
Can I request additional renderings (more views) beyond the one included in the Premium package?
Absolutely. The Premium package includes 2 render, but you can easily purchase additional views as a "Gig Extra" when placing your order, or I can send you a custom offer.
How long does it take to complete my order?
Delivery times vary based on the complexity of the project and the chosen package. Standard times are specified in each package, but if you have an urgent need, I can offer Express Delivery (a paid service).
What happens if I need more revisions than those included in the package?
Each package includes a specific number of revisions. If you run out of the included revisions, you can purchase additional revisions as a "Gig Extra." It is essential to provide clear and consolidated feedback to avoid delays.
Can I change the entire layout (e.g., knock down a wall) during revisions?
Revisions cover minor changes such as colors, materials, or object placement. Major layout changes (like redesigning walls) may be considered a new order or incur additional costs, as they require new 3D modeling.
I'm focused on exteriors. Can you help me with exterior renderings too?
The main focus of this Gig is interior design and rendering. If you need a small exterior element associated with the interior (like a balcony or a small facade), please contact me to discuss the details and see if we can include it.
Do you use real furniture (from catalogs) or generic models?
For the Standard and Premium packages, I try to use models that are as close as possible to the style and dimensions of the furniture you specify. For the Premium package, I can integrate specific models from real brands that you provide me with.
