Gig Summary
About this gig
Planning a renovation and unsure how to use the space? I create clear floor plan options from your existing drawings, dimensions and ideas.
I can help with room layouts, furniture arrangements, storage and circulation. Depending on the package, you receive one or two layout options, an agreed proposed plan and useful dimensions. PDF and DWG files are included.
Send your measured existing plan, photos, priorities and items you want to keep. Tell me whether you prefer to retain the current walls or explore changes. Multiple floors and extensions need a custom quote.
These are layout and drafting services. Structural changes and the drawings needed for local approvals must be agreed separately with the relevant professionals.
Please message me if your project exceeds a package limit.

Other Architecture & Interior Design Services I Offer
FAQ
Can you offer a layout that retains the walls?
Yes. Tell me which walls and fixtures must stay. Where the scope allows, I can compare that option with a more extensive rearrangement.
Does this include permit drawings?
This offer covers layout development. Architectural application drawings are a separate service because the authority's requirements vary by project.
