I provide clear and reproducible bioinformatics analysis for RNA-seq and transcriptomics projects.

The Basic package is for processed RNA-seq data, such as a count matrix, expression table, transcript annotation, or other analysis-ready files. It covers up to 12 samples and one defined comparison.

Depending on your data and research question, the analysis may include:

-Data checking, filtering, and normalization

-PCA and sample clustering

-Differential gene-expression analysis

-DEG tables and expression summaries

-Heatmaps, volcano plots, and other visualizations

-Transcript or isoform-level analysis for suitable datasets

-Reproducible scripts in R or Python

-A concise summary of methods and key results

Deliverables may include processed tables, figures, scripts, and a results summary.

Raw FASTQ processing, more than 12 samples, multiple comparisons, complex designs, long-read isoform discovery, and functional enrichment are not included in the Basic package. These can be discussed as a custom project.
