How does the pricing work?
For transcription (basic gig), it's $5 per every 10-minute. $10 for 20-minutes $15 for 30-minutes For closed-caption/subtitles, it's $10 per every 10-minutes. $20 for 20-minutes $30 for 30-minutes For Amazon Prime closed-captioning, it's $15 per every 10-minutes. So on and so forth.
On which format will I receive the output file in?
Usually, we send transcripts in docx format and closed-captions in .SRT file format. But you can request your desired format file. No problem.
I have a large video. Where can I upload the file?
You can upload to any cloud sharing platform. I prefer Google Drive.
Can you provide special font size and colors for the closed-caption?
Yes, I do. Just message me and I will help you out.
Can you embed the captions permanently into the video file?
Yes, I can embed the captions permanently. Message me and I will help you with that.
Do you provide translations?
Yes, I provide translations into Spanish, German, Simplified Chinese, and Russian. The source video file must be English.

The turn around and everything was great it was just for this audio job when it wasn't able to get picked up by whatever service he uses it puts indescribable speech and their was alot of that in this file. I had to re do it with IEM on my own and type out new captions.
