What information do I need to provide for the order?

What if the design needs adjustments after testing it on my machine?

What is the delivery time?
Standard delivery is fast, usually within a 1 hour to 24 hours depending on design complexity. Express delivery is also available.
How do you prevent fabric tearing or puckering during embroidery?
• I create a custom mesh grid (jaal) using advanced underlay techniques before the main satin/tatami stitches run. This stabilizes the fabric threads, locks the mesh, and completely prevents the fabric from tearing, wrinkling, or puckering during high-speed production.
Do you adjust Pull Compensation for stretchable fabrics like Polos and T-Shirts?
Yes! For stretchable fabrics (Pique Polos, Performance Knits, Jerseys), I manually increase the Pull Compensation to 0.45mm - 0.55mm. This counteracts the fabric stretch, ensuring outlines match perfectly and circles stay round, not oval.
How do you digitize for thick, fluffy fabrics like Fleece, Hoodies, and Towels?
• For high-pile and fluffy fabrics, I apply a Heavy Tatami/Mesh Underlay. This creates a solid foundation that flattens the fabric fibers completely, ensuring your top embroidery stitches stay crisp and never sink into the fluff.
