FAQ
Which exercises can the system count?
Squats, pushups, lunges, and similar rep-based movements. Since it works by calculating joint angles from body pose, custom exercises can be added on request to match your needs.
Do I need any wearables or sensors?
No — just a regular camera. The system uses AI pose estimation to track your body joints in real time, so no wearables, smartwatches, or gym equipment are required.
Can it track more than one person at once?
Yes. It supports multi-person tracking, counting reps and giving form feedback independently for each person in the frame at the same time.
How accurate is the rep counting?
Very accurate. I use joint-angle logic with a smoothing buffer to prevent false counts and jitter, so reps are only counted on full, correct movements
Do I need to provide my own video?
Yes, a sample workout video gives the best results. I can also demonstrate on standard footage if you don't have one ready. Live webcam input is supported too
