FAQ
What do I need to get started?
To begin, I’ll need your brand name, tagline (if any), a brief description of your business, and any color preferences or specific ideas you have in mind. If you have any reference logos you like, feel free to share them!
What is the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
The Basic package is for a simple startup identity with 2 concepts. The Standard is our most popular choice, including 3 concepts and source files. The Premium package offers 5 concepts, VIP support, and a complete branding suite for established businesses.
Can you redesign an existing logo or fix a low-quality file?
Yes! If you have an old logo that needs a modern touch or a low-resolution image that needs to be converted into a high-quality vector, I can certainly help. Please message me first to discuss the project!
Will I own the full copyright to the logo?
Yes! Once the order is completed and the final files are delivered, you gain full commercial ownership of the design. I only reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio to showcase my design skills to other potential clients unless you request otherwise.
Can I provide "Brand Guidelines" for my logo?
Absolutely! I can create a basic Brand Style Guide that includes your official color codes (HEX/RGB/CMYK) and the names of the fonts used. This ensures that any future designs you create (like websites or flyers) will perfectly match your new logo.
