Do I need to have a Shopify account already?
No. If you don't have one yet, I'll guide you through setting it up before we start the design work.
Can you redesign my existing store without taking it offline?
Yes. I work on a duplicate/staging version of your store so your live site keeps running and taking orders while the redesign is built, then we switch it live once you approve it.
Will my store be mobile responsive?
Yes, every package includes a fully responsive, mobile-optimized layout — most Shopify traffic comes from mobile, so this isn't optional.
Do you provide the theme, or do I need to buy one?
I already have a collection of premium Shopify themes you can choose from at no extra cost. If you want a specific premium theme outside that collection, you'll need to purchase its license separately.
How many products can you add?
This depends on your package — check the packages tab for the exact number included in Starter, Growth, and Dominate. Extra products beyond that can be added as a paid extra.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes — every package includes a post-launch support window to fix anything that comes up once your store goes live.
Can you help with SEO too?
Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, image alt text) is included. Deeper SEO strategy or ongoing SEO work is available as a separate offer.
