This gig offer Services of Online Trademark search and filing. The countries where online filing of TM registration is not available does not fall under this Gig
Orders under The Basic package will be Marked delivered upon completion of search by providing you the report thereof. However, orders under the Standard and Premium packages will be marked once the application is filed with the concerned office.
Important Note:
The prices mention in the gig are only for the services to be provided for the Filing of only One Application i.e. 1 trademark, in 1 class. However, the Buyer is responsible for all/any payments required by concerned office.
