Two channels can upload the same video and get completely different results. Most of the time the difference isn't the edit. It's everything around it.

That's the part I work on.

Some clients come to me with the direction already locked in. They know their category, they've got a name, they just want the channel built properly. Good, we get straight to it.

Others are still figuring it out. If that's you, we talk it through first: which categories are getting crowded, where there's still room, how niches differ on advertiser demand, and what you can realistically keep producing. Naming included.

Then I build the channel out end to end. The visual identity, the homepage structure, the motion pieces that open and close each video, and the search side of it, titles, descriptions, tags and keywords. All running off one palette and one type treatment, so your homepage doesn't look like five different people put it together.
