I handle the full setup. For Standard and Premium packages, a Vapi or Retell account is needed (both have free tiers to start). I'll walk you through setup if needed. If you already have an account, even better — I can work directly in your environment.
Is this built with actual code or just a no-code tool?
Real code. Basic package uses Vapi/Retell's platform for deployment but with custom-engineered prompts and logic. Standard and Premium packages include custom Python backend code with proper API integrations - not dashboard configs that anyone can copy.
What industries does this work for?

Can the agent actually book appointments?
Yes — Standard and Premium packages include full appointment booking via Calendly, Cal.com, or GoHighLevel. The agent checks availability and books in real time during the call. Confirmation messages via email or SMS are also included in Premium.
Will I own the code after delivery?
Premium package includes full Python source code delivery — it's yours. Basic and Standard packages are deployed on your Vapi/Retell account which you own and control. I don't retain access after the project is complete.
How human does the voice sound?
Very. I use ElevenLabs or OpenAI TTS voices, not robotic text-to-speech. The conversation logic is engineered to handle interruptions, pauses, and unexpected questions — not just a rigid script. You'll hear a demo call recording before delivery.
What if the agent doesn't handle a question correctly?
All packages include revisions. If the agent fails on a use case you provided in your requirements, I fix it within the revision window. Premium includes 3 revision rounds plus a 30-minute handover call where we test edge cases together.
Can this integrate with my CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)?
Standard and Premium packages include CRM integration. I work with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Google Sheets, and any platform with a webhook or REST API. If you have a custom CRM, share the API docs and I'll confirm compatibility before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Basic: 3 days. Standard: 5 days. Premium: 7 days. These assume you provide your requirements promptly. If requirements are delayed, delivery adjusts accordingly. I'll confirm the timeline when you message before ordering.
Can I try a demo before buying?
