FAQ
Do I need a Telegram account to get started?
Yes, just a basic Telegram account. I handle all the bot setup and configuration, no technical knowledge needed from your side.
Will the bot work in my language?
The bot can respond in any language your customers write in, since it's powered by GPT-4. Just let me know your primary language when ordering.
What do you need from me to start?
Your most common customer questions, your business name, and access to any database/spreadsheet if you need order lookups. I'll send you a short questionnaire after purchase.
Can I update the bot's responses after delivery?
Yes, I'll hand over full access and instructions. Additional changes after delivery can be arranged as a separate revision.
How is this different from a simple chatbot?
Unlike rule-based bots that only match keywords, this uses GPT-4 to understand what customers actually mean, even if they phrase it differently every time.
