On my own, I built six live n8n systems for a founder's two businesses. They include:

How can I check your work, and what is the most complex thing you have built?
My AI SMS reply engine: 183 n8n nodes, live. A keyword filter runs first, then Claude sorts texts into 12 reply types. The hard part was safety: code checks each draft, and failed drafts wait for a person. My portfolio shows it. My first reviews were for e-commerce assistant work.
What do you mean by an n8n AI agent, and is the AI optional?
The AI reads a message, labels it and drafts a reply. Your rules decide what the n8n workflow does: reply, update a CRM or book a call. It never picks its own steps. I do not sell agents that do. Basic has one AI step. AI is optional, adds nothing to my price and uses your OpenAI or Claude account.
What if the AI gets a reply wrong?
It will sometimes, so I build for it. In my SMS build, a keyword filter catches stop requests and legal threats before any AI step, and numbers in replies come from code. In your n8n build, AI that messages customers gets a rule check, and flagged drafts wait for you in email, Slack or Telegram.
What if it fails on real data, or breaks later, say when a login expires?
Done means it passes your samples and a new record you pick. Every build alerts you on failed runs, and new n8n builds add a failure monitor. A trigger that stops firing makes no failed run, so I show you how to spot it. Fixes to my work, even a login, are free for 7, 14 or 30 days from completion.
What will the tools cost me every month?
Before you order, I list monthly costs in dollars: n8n Cloud or a small server, a Make or Zapier plan, AI usage and SMS fees. Ordered without a message? I send the list before I start. Bigger than the package? You pay only the difference, or we cancel with a full refund. You pay providers directly.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Invite me as a user with the least access the work needs, not as an owner. If an app needs an API key, you add it in your account and I show you where. Keys never go in Fiverr chat, or in an n8n or Make workflow. I never share your data without your written OK. Remove my access when fixes end.
Can you fix a workflow someone else built?
Yes. Send the workflow or screenshots and the exact error. I will name the likely cause, or say I cannot fix it. One workflow with up to 3 apps fits Basic. If not, or if urgent, I send a fixed-price offer with its own deadline. Free fixes cover what I changed. You decide on other problems I find.
Can I run it and change it myself after handover?
Yes. Steps are named in plain words. You get plain English notes, a copy of the workflow and a recorded walkthrough showing how to change message text, AI instructions, schedules and alert contacts, and reconnect a login. Standard and Premium also include a live handover on Fiverr's video call.
Should I use n8n, Make or Zapier, and what if I have none yet?
Use the one with the lowest monthly cost that does the job, even if not n8n. If your CRM can do it alone, I will say so. My live examples are all in n8n, some with GoHighLevel or WhatsApp. Make or Zapier builds are tested on your samples too. No account yet? Open one in your name and invite me.
Can we talk on a call before or during the order?
Not before: Fiverr's video call opens once you order. Until then we use Fiverr chat, where I can send screenshots of real builds. During the order, Standard and Premium include a live handover call, Basic a recorded walkthrough. I work from India (IST).
