Bachelor of computer science in networking, I have 20+ years’ experience in computer systems and network design, laptop, PC and server repairs, wired and wireless networking. Providing remote support services.

I am capable of performing following tasks:

• troubleshoot Windows and OSX and applications

• virus scan, removal, antivirus software installation and systems hardening

• operating system and registry optimization

• Microsoft Office (2016-2019), Outlook setup and troubleshooting

• browser(s) cleanup, tune-up and optimization

• resolve driver and hardware issues

• data recovery and backup

• configuration/troubleshooting IP Cameras, NAS, Routers, Switches, Wireless Routers, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.

• VPN and other types of remote access setup and troubleshooting

• recommendations and advice, using industry’s recommended security practices
